Empowering Young Mums is a resource website of either finding information on domestic violence, sexual abuse or I offer workshops that involve exercises to help build your self-esteem which can lead you to follow your passions and dreams in life.  Empowering Young Mums also has a forum in which we are a group of friendly young mums who all have one thing in common and that is being a young mum.  We share advice, and there is always someone to talk to.
